- Verification of invoicing data.

- Verification of the shipping address.

- Selection of the payment method.

Once the order has been processed, the system instantly sends an e-mail to the Supplier's management department and another to the User's e-mail confirming the completion of the order.

Important: One Order Per Person

Each order placed through our online store must correspond to a single individual or patient. Therefore, if genetic tests are required for more than one person, a separate purchase must be made for everyone.

This measure allows each test to be correctly linked to its owner, ensuring proper order management, shipment of sample collection kits, and accurate identification and processing of the samples received.

Placing an individual order for each person helps maintain full traceability throughout the process, minimizes potential errors, and ensures the highest standards of quality and security in sample and results management.

Kit sample collection

The sample collection kit is intended for adults. If you require a children's kit, please contact Eugenomic before making your purchase.

Consent

The exercise by the consumer or user of his right to withdraw his consent or object to the processing of personal data will allow the entrepreneur to terminate the contract provided that the provision of digital content or services is continuous or consists of a series of individual acts and is pending execution in whole or in part. In no case shall the exercise of these rights by the consumer entail the payment of any penalty at the consumer's expense.

The action to claim compliance with the provisions of Chapter II of this Title shall be barred after five years from the manifestation of the lack of conformity.

Action against the producer

In general, and without prejudice to the cessation of the producer's liability, for the purposes of this title, under the same terms and conditions as those established for Eugenomic S.L., the producer shall be liable for the lack of conformity when this refers to the origin, identity or suitability of the goods or of the digital content or services, in accordance with their nature and purpose and with the rules that regulate them.
