THE SAMPLE
24-72h later you will receive at your home a kit containing everything necessary for the collection of the sample. To perform an ELIPSEgenes, the sample is saliva (mucous cells).

SEND US
THE SAMPLE
To ship the test safely, follow the instructions inside the kit. If you reside outside the peninsula, the shipping costs will be applied directly in the payment gateway at the time of purchase of the test.

AWAITS
THE RESULTS
Once the sample is received, it will be processed in the laboratory and, within 20-30 days, we will generate a detailed report of the result personalized with your genes.

THE REPORT
You will receive a warning e-mail indicating that you can now download the report from our website. To do so, click on the button 'MY RESULTS' and access your private area with your e-mail and password.
